I am just writing to say i was not impressed with my service at your restaurant today.(Sept 14th 2010). I went in and ordered mozza sticks and a double stack burger.I recieved my order said thank you and left.I went out to my vechile and opened my burger and found a hair in my cheese.I went in to tell them of the hair i found and one of the managers came over and asked me my problem and she just grabbed my burger and left she never even said sorry. she was going to give me a free burger and i didn't want it cause i lost my appetite. I just wanted to say how very dissapointed i am with her service.I use to work in a fast food restaurant and i can honestly say i would have handled this situation alot better.Very poor customer service.Thanks Darlene just_me12391@hotmail.com ..More Reviews
